About Undesk

We got tired of running a business across ten tabs.

So we built the one we wished existed — a single record of every client, project, contract, and rupee.

Undesk exists because managing a service business shouldn’t mean five different logins just to answer one question: did this client pay us yet.

Founder

Ran an agency with a close friend, worked independently as a solo freelancer, and built other ventures before founding Undesk.

Co-Founder

Co-founded Undesk in 2026, building the platform alongside Arham from the ground up.

Workspace data access is controlled via Row-Level Security policies, so users only ever reach data belonging to their own workspace.

Files, contracts, and project assets are stored on Cloudflare R2 through authenticated, rate-limited server actions — never direct public access.

Subscription billing runs through Razorpay. Card details are processed by Razorpay directly and never touch Undesk servers.
